A GPS is a wonderful device . . . until it isn’t. Just ask the Yell County roads department that now has to repair the Dale Bend Bridge. A truck driver hauling a load of chickens followed the directions from his GPS that took his semi over the bridge which, unfortunately, was not built to support the weight of a large truck. The bridge partially collapsed, sending the truck into the river. Fortunately, the driver was not hurt. No word on the chickens.
Having the correct map is important for delivering chickens. It is even more important for life. This Sunday begins a new series on Psalm 119. In this amazing psalm, every verse describes a characteristic of God’s word. Join us this week as we discover how God’s word provides the map for our life (Psalm 119:1-3).
See you Sunday!
