Most fans of track and field like to sit at the finish line. Those seats are the most expensive for an obvious reason: you get to see who wins the race. However, most runners realize that the starting line is just as, if not more, important. A poor start, especially in a sprint, could easily lose the entire race. Runners spend hours practicing how they start, realizing that the beginning of the race is where it might be won or lost.
Beginnings in life are important as well. As we begin a new year, this week we will look at the importance of beginnings in Psalm 111:10.
See you Sunday!
