We all know the importance of rest. Scientists estimate that the average adult needs seven to nine hours of sleep per day; about 65% of adults in the United States get at least seven hours of sleep per night. Of the roughly 208 million adults in the US, that means about 78 million of them are really tired.
We all need rest. This Sunday, we will look at the importance of a sabbath, not only physically, but spiritually as well (Exodus 16:22-30). It’s more important than you think.
See you Sunday!
